Delivery

• Orders placed by 5pm Monday to Friday will be posted out by the next morning, after 5pm may be the day after.
• Allow 1-3 working days for delivery from dispatch.
• Please note orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays may be delayed.
• Postage is £4.95 by Royal Mail.
• Orders over £50 qualify for Free Postage.

Returns

At Skin Expert Shop we want to ensure you are delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We’ll gladly accept returns for any products purchased from skinexpertshop.co.uk and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Dermalogica Returns

We offer the Dermalogica 100% Moneyback Guarantee:

If you wish to return an unopened Dermalogica retail product within 30 days of purchase from this site, we will refund you the full price paid for the product.

Should you experience an adverse skin reaction whilst using a Dermalogica retail product purchased from this site, we will refund you the full price paid for the product – Please take photographs of your skin’s reaction and contact our Customer Services team so that we can advise you accordingly on the process which we require you to follow

All Other Returns

Any items needing to be returned must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The seal must be unbroken and product unopened for full refund.

For return please contact us to arrange drop off and return will be processed within 30 days provided we have received the item in a resellable condition.

Should you have a reaction to your product please contact us as soon as possible and we will issue a full refund with returned item within 30 days.

All returns will need to be approved before refund is issued.

Please contact us via e-mail within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order.

1. Place the unused item in its original condition and original shipper packaging
2. Contact us via email at hello@skinexpertshop.co.uk  to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
3. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund.
